Make a well: On a clean work surface or a big bowl, mix the flour and salt together, and make a well in the centre.
Knead it: Crack in the eggs and, using a fork, slowly mix till you get a shaggy dough. Then, using your hands, knead the dough. Add the oil, and keep kneading. If the dough is too dry, wet your hands with a little bit of water, and keep kneading. Make an elastic dough after kneading for 5-6mins. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least an hour before use.
Note: You can freeze the dough and store it for later use.
