You have got to love butter chicken! One of the best Indian gravies of all time. And don’t be restricted by the name, this gravy goes perfectly with burgers, potato, sandwiches and for a dry tikka too. Absolutely delicious.
- The base: Sauté garlic till golden brown, then mix in the tomato puree and cook it until the oil separates from the puree.
- The seasoning: Now, add in all the masalas and roast the puree for a min or two, or until you can smell the aroma of the spices.
- Final touches: Add the malai and make a smooth paste. Slowly pour in water, you can change the amount as per your needs. Let it come to a boil and then simmer for a couple of minutes. Add coriander and it’s ready to serve. Enjoy!
