Once you try homemade pasta, it’s just really difficult to move past it. The texture is so delicate, and it tastes fresh. Simplest of recipes bringing out the tastiest of dishes.

  1. Make a well: On a clean work surface or a big bowl, mix the flour and salt together, and make a well in the centre. 
  2. Knead it: Pour in the water and, using a fork, slowly mix till you get a shaggy dough. Then, using your hands, knead the dough. Add the oil, and keep kneading. If the dough is too dry, wet your hands with a little bit of water, and keep kneading. Make an elastic dough after kneading for 5-6mins. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for at least an hour before use.
Note: You can freeze the dough and store it for later use.
